If your number changes please call us with the new number so that we may call to confirm. If you cannot be reached to confirm, whether your number is out of service or disconnected we will fill the appointment.

We call several days before the scheduled appointment to confirm. We ask you call us back to confirm whether or not you’ll be attending the appointment. If we do not hear from you to let us know you will be making it we will be filling the appointment. So please call back to confirm if we leave you a m essage asking you to do so.
